Bucket Elevator

Description
The bucket elevator is suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and lumpish materials vertically, like chips, sawdust, shavings, pellet fuels, etc. It can elevate materials up to 40m. The bucket lifter mainly consists of drive and tensioning roller bearing, check coupler, lashing wire bolt, electrical machine, etc. Its main components are shell, conveying chain, hopper, driving wheel, bend wheel, tensioning gear, guide device, feeding opening and discharging opening.

Features of Bucket Elevator

• The structure of the bucket lifter is simple. It can operate stably. It adopts mixing or gravitational unloading.
• The rim uses the combined chain wheel. It is easy to be changed. The chain has long service life for its special treatment.
• The bottom utilizes automatic gravity tensioning device. It can keep constant tension and avoid slipping and dropping. When blocking occurs in the silo of bucket elevator, operating parts can be effectively protected.
• The materials can not exceed 250℃.

Principle of Bucket Lifter
The hopper takes materials from storeroom. Materials are elevated by conveyor belt or chain to the top, bypass the crown chakra and turn downward. Bucket elevator discharge materials into the groove. The driving belt of bucket lifter commonly uses rubber belt which are installed to transmission drum or redirection drum. The chain driving hoist conveyor is usually installed two parallel transmission chains, a pair of drive sprocket, and a pair of redirection sprocket. Bucket elevator normally has main case which is used to avoid dust flying.
