Description
Biomass fuels are put into small packaging bags. With the help of palletizing robots, those bags are stacked on the pallet. Wrapping packing machines use plastic films to wrap and clad packages on the pallet. Bags Packaged by wrapping machines are convenient to be transported with pallets and stored.

Performance Characteristics

• Wrapping machines adopt PLC control system. The wrapping plies and times of the top and the bottom, overtopping time and reinforcement layers can be set directly on the control panel. Options range from 0 to 9. The height of the cargo can be automatically measured by the optoelectronic switch of wrapping packing machines. Electrical control components are carefully chosen, which increases the reliability. Automatic and manual operation can be switched at all times. With its simple operation, pressing the automatic operation button can finish the whole packing process.
• The turntable of wrapping machine adopts high wear-resisting pure steel material. Its frequency control is adjustable from 0-12rpm. As soon as the packaging is finished, the turntable can automatically reset.
• The film frame of wrapping packing machines uses dynamic prestretching structure. Its prestretching force can reach 250％, so consumption of film can be decreased. The film frame adopts light and stable pure cast aluminium material. Speeds of rise and fall can be adjusted separately. The rise and fall upright utilizes reliable double chain structure. The frame is controlled by individual continuous current dynamo and the speed of sending film can be adjusted.
• Optional functions of wrapping packing machines include open film frame, slope and automatic feeding films and breaking films.
