Description
Cyclone separators are mainly used to get rid of solid particles and droplets contained in conveying dielectric gas. By using centrifugal separators, gas, solidity and liquid can be separated and the normal operation of pipelines can also be assured. According to customers' capacities, sites, materials and other conditions, we will design specific parameters. The cyclone separator is widely used in the drying system of biomass pellet fuels production machines.

Features of Centrifugal Separator

• Cyclonic separation machines are suitable for purifying non-sticky and non-textile dry dust which are more than 1 to 3 microns.
• It has simple structure and can be operated easily.
• Cyclone separators possess the merits of thermostability and have a wide application in purifying.
• Centrifugal separators are designed reasonably with good separation efficiency. Pressure loss is low.
• The cyclonic separation has a long service life.

Principle
Cyclone separators are also called centrifugal separators. When airflows containing fine powder enter separators, they will rotates and fall. At the cone part, rotating speed will be increased because of the small turning radius. Separation velocity caused by centrifugal force is larger than settling velocity, so fine powder is separated from rotating airflow. When airflows reach the lower part of the cone, they begin to rotate reversely and rise. At last, airflows are discharged from the standpipe of cyclone separators.

Cyclone separators are packaged with vacuum waterproof polyethylene plastic film, and wooden cases for external use. We adopt ocean, land, air transportation or joint sea-and-rail transportation.
