Description of Dust Removal Machines
According to technological requirements, we offer cyclone separators, bag filters, pulse type removers, electrostatic precipitation and other dusting methods. Dust removal equipment consists of cyclone separators, bag filters and draught fans. It is used to clean dust during the process of producing biomass fuel so that dust emission can reach the standards of different countries.
Principle of Dust Removal Machines
- Dusty gas firstly enters the spraying washing chamber of the dust removal equipment. After cooled by alkaline solution, smoke can reach saturation condition. Large dust particles and sulfur dioxide can be washed off.
- Because of different masses, smoke, spray and dust airflows enter the cohesion and atomizing washing chamber of dust removal equipment in different inertias at the same time. They begin to shrink, gather, and spread. After the series of movements, they are desulfurated and dedusted again by dust removal machines.
- Smoke, spray and dust airflows rush into the circulating and fluidifying filter chamber equipped with alkaline solution. After a series of movements, like rushing, stirred and filtered, these three airflows are desulfurated and dedusted for the third time by dust removal equipment.
- Smoke goes to the rotational flow and reverse mass transfer washing chamber of dust removal machines. Reacting with alkaline liquid film and spray, smoke begins to transfer mass inversely. It can be desulfurated and dedusted for the last time.
- Clean smoke enters dehydration and demisting chamber of dust removal equipment for hydrodissection. The smoke is send to the chimney by induced draft fans and then is discharged to upper air.
