Oscillating screens are suitable for dry-type screening of industries. They can be used to screen particles and powder like shavings, sawdust, crushed straw, biomass fuels, etc.

Principle of Rocking Sieve

• Basic rotational motion is similar to artificial screening. Eccentricity ratio can be adjusted from 25mm to 40mm. Low velocity V-type belt driving can be choose from 120rpm to 360rpm.
• Radical direction and corner cut of the oscillating screen can be adjusted in the direction of the drive axis. Therefore, three-dimensional rolling movement of level and cast can be constructed.
• Materials are well distributed from the center to the outer edge on the whole sifter of the rocking sieve. They are spread to axial direction in helical motion. In this way, fine particles on oscillating screens finish their whole screening process.
• As particles move, acceleration in horizontal and vertical direction is increased. Particles with the size close to the screen can be successfully separated. Larger particles are conveyed to the exit of the oscillating screen.
• There is an adjustable guiding device controlling flow at the exit of the rocking sieve. This guiding device can also be used to control the staying time of materials.
• The process is conducted in every layer of the oscillating screen.
