Vibrating Screen

Description
The vibrating screens work with the vibration caused by shock excitation of oscillators. The upper rotary heavy punch of oscillators leads to the plane whirling vibration of the sifter, while the lower rotary heavy punch of the vibratory screen leads to the cone whirling vibration. Two forces work together to make the sifter of the vibrating screen shake rotationally. The vibration locus is a complicated space curve. The projection of this curve is a circle in a horizontal plane, but an oval in vertical plane. By adjusting the exciting force of upper and lower heavy punches, amplitude can be changed. Adjusting the space phase angle of two punches can change the curve shape of movement locus. The movement locus of the materials on the sifter can also be changed. Vibrating screens can used to sieve pressed pellets.
