Description
Biomass silos can be used to solve the problems of blocking during the feeding process, especially for soft materials. The texture of this kind of material is light and soft. Its mobility is bad. During the feeding process, blocking of material is very common. Biomass silos can assure the reliable feeding of hard branches, cornstalk, wood chips and so on. In addition, biomass storages are also suitable for soft rice and wheat straw, sugarcane leaves, thatches, etc. Silos can be divided into silo for wet chips, silo for wet shavings, dry shavings silo, dust silo, round silo and rectangular silo.

Application of Biomass Silo

• Biomass storage silos for wet chips
  After being shredded coarsely, the processed chips need to be stored temporarily in fixed containers or space before fine shredding so that sufficient and constant feeding can be assured.
• Biomass storage silos for wet shavings
  Materials are shredded coarsely. The processed shavings need storing for a short time in fixed containers or room before going into drying process. This kind of method can assure the sufficient and fast feeding.
• Dry shavings Biomass silos
  Wet shavings are dried by machines. In order to make material move into pellet mills sufficiently and constantly, dried shavings should be stored in the containers before further processing.
• Dust silos
  This kind of silo for biomass storage silos are used to gather dust and sandy soil produced in making biomass fuel.
• Round silo and rectangular silo
  Besides four kinds of silos mentioned above, there are round and rectangular silos too. What's more, we can design biomass silos in different shapes according to the requirement of the plan.

Payment, Packing and Transportation
We offer T/T and L/C payment for the biomass storage.
Biomass silos are packaged with vacuum waterproof polyethylene plastic films, and wooden cases for external use. We adopt ocean, land, air transportation or joint sea-and-rail transportation.
