Maintenance

• In order to prevent the blades, screens and other components of the horizontal shredder from damaging and avoid accidents, stiff sundries should be removed from raw materials first.
• We suggest using the high-performance magnetic selector to get rid of the sundries like tramp iron so as to protect the screen.
• The temperature of raw materials should not higher than 50℃.
• After shredding the mordant materials, the machine should be well cleaned up.
• Lubricating oil and hydraulic oil of the horizontal feed shredder should be replaced periodically.

Packing and Transportation
The horizontal shredder is packing with waterproof polyethylene plastic film and wooden cases for external use. We adopt ocean shipping, land, air or sea-land transportation.
